When you search for information, you're going to find lots of it, especially if you are searching online . . . but is it good information? Created by Meriam Library, California State University, Chico, the C.R.A.A.P test describes 5 criteria that can help you evaluate the accuracy and credibility of the information:

• Currency

• Relevance

• Authority

• Accuracy

• Purpose
